These are very very moreish, I had great trouble making sure that there were any left to be photographed! They would make wonderful presents for grandparents or teachers but don't forget to leave some for yourself.
150g choc chip digestive biscuits 35g malteasers

4tbsp golden syrup or condensed milk
25g mini marshmallows
icing sugar, chocolate sprinkles or drinking chocolate to decorate
Place the biscuits and malteasers in a food processor and pulse until they form crumbs, then tip out into a large bowl and set aside.
Place the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a large heavy based pan. Place over a gentle heat and stirring all the time cook until completely melted. Then pour over the biscuit mixture and stir well, adding in the marshmallows.
Wet your hands and roll the mixture into balls. Place the icing sugar, drinking chocolate and sprinkles onto three different plates, then set aside. Roll the balls in either the icing sugar, drinking chocolate or chocolate sprinkles. Then place on a tray lined with baking parchment and chill for at least 30min.
