Having always loved cooking, first at a young age at home with my mother, then cookery school. I was lucky to indulge my passion by working as a cook and caterer providing amazingly extravagant cocktail parties or small intimate dinners and then writing recipes for Good Housekeeping.
Now I am combining cooking with my other big love, children. It gives me no end of joy teaching young children the pleasures of preparing and eating great food. From humble crumbles to cheese and ham croissants there is so much to learn about and to enjoy.
Luckily at home with three children I am never short of willing volunteers! In my spare time I write my monthly food column for the brilliant Perspective Magazine and walk my three dogs
